Send Her Flowers

Valentine's Day is a little over a month away, it's time to get those hints in to your significant others. For me and my Hubby, we often combine our anniversary and Valentine's Day together (our anniversary is on the 5th of February). Valentine's Day, though some may find gimmicky, is a celebration I have grown to love. Especially now we're parents. Trying to get time for you as a couple can be tricky, but Valentine's Day can often force you to have some quality time with that special person in your life. I like the typical Valentine's gifts, flowers, a dinner out and quality time with my Hubby (child free please!). Very often we will do this, and I'm hoping we can do this again this year.

I was very kindly asked if I would like to review some Valentine's day flowers from Prestige, of course I said yes. What girl can say no to a bunch of flowers?!

The particular bouquet I was sent was from their exclusive Valentine's day range, which will be available at the beginning of February. It is completely beautiful in every way. Of course a Valentine's bouquet needs to have roses and these are the most gorgeous ones I have ever received. They're a beautiful deep red and look almost velvety. I'm not a florist and so I'm unsure of the names of the other flowers but they compliment the roses well and give an almost rustic old romantic feel. Completely my kind of style.

The flowers are delivered in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they get to you without any damage. They're wrapped in tissue paper, the ends are soaked in water and includes a card explaining the best way to maintain them. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a vase included too.

I think anyone would be over the moon to receive these flowers, they look stunning on my windowsill and I have had lots of compliments about them too!

Will you be celebrating Valentine's day this year?
