I'm Kay and welcome to my little space on the internet. I have been blogging for 5 long years now, from when I was pregnant with my Daughter Darcie. I wanted to keep an online diary, like so many, little did I know just how quickly I would fall head over heels in love with blogging. 5 year's on, it's become a job. It's pretty incredible that I can make a living from something that I get so much enjoyment from. 


Whilst Mummy B is far from it's original pregnancy diary, I now write about a whole host of topics including, parenting, lifestyle, decor, travel and my new passion and drive which is wellbeing. Being a mum, a working mum, has lead me to experience a whole mix of emotions. From being overwhelmed, to mummy guilt, to being gripped by anxiety, I wanted to use this platform to open up a dialogue, to make other mums feel like they're not alone on this journey through motherhood. I'm a massive advocate of mindfulness and hygge and really enjoy creating content around these topics. 

Living in Norfolk with my two children, Darcie (5), Henry (1) and my husband Jamie, we juggle the typical family life. We enjoy spending time as a family and going on our own adventures. Whether it's exploring local woodland or travelling further afield - nothing makes us happier than creating memories with our children. We've recently started a YouTube channel to capture these moments, the beautiful ordinary ones and those special ones too.
