I love to cook. I find it relaxing and a great way to unwind after a busy day. What I’m absolutely rubbish at is deciding what to have and making sure I have everything in when I actually decided what I want to cook. As you will know from my post about the 90 Day SSS Plan, I’m on a mission to get healthier, so when Hello Fresh got in contact and wanted to know whether I would like to try their service, it was an obvious answer.
HelloFresh is a fantastic service which takes all the stress out of home cooking. It’s perfect for people who love to cook, but who have busy lives – just like us. So how does it work? You can choose from a weekly menu which is put together by HelloFresh’s culinary team. They then get all the ingredients together, to the point that there will be no waste as everything is weighed out for you. The ingredients, along with the recipe cards, are then delivered to your address, ready for you to cook.
Whilst we’ve been trying to get into the swing of things since I returned to work and Darcie started school, having HelloFresh take the stress out of dinner times has been a real blessing. Not only has it made life a little easier, the food is simply delicious! Both Darcie (4, a fuss pot) and Henry (1, who eats everything and anything anyway!) devoured everything – So I was one happy mama!
The meals were all incredibly easy to make. The instructions are clear and each took approx 20 mins to prepare. I found it such a lovely way to cook from scratch and loved that I knew exactly what I was putting on my children’s plates. Darcie also helped cooking, so this can be a real family affair.
You can try a HelloFresh box for just £42.
